Urgent Care, Primary Care, Occupational Health (including pre-employment physicals, vaccinations and labs), Pre-Operation visits, Sexual health visits, On-site labs, On-site Digital X-Ray, USCIS Immigration Physicals, DOT Physicals, DOT Urine Drug Screens, Instant Urine Drug Screens, Open 8 am – 8 pm, daily, Walk-in appointments welcome.

At AFC Rockville, medicine is our practice, but people are our passion. We established this clinic with a vision to provide medical care that truly reflects our values. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based healthcare with a compassionate touch, always emphasizing the human side of medicine.
