King Farm Village Center

Near the Shady Grove Metro Station and a block from Rockville Pike, the village itself is home to 1,425 residential units and 1.25 million SF of office space that support retailers including the anchor, Safeway.

 

Rockshire Village Center

A neighborhood shopping center located along Wootton Parkway, Rockshire provides access to 10,000+ residents within a mile radius that have exceptionally high household incomes exceeding $170,000.


Rockville Pike – South
