Each year REDI holds Business Appreciation Week (BAW) to thank local companies for choosing Rockville as their place of business. The week consists of visits to 50+ outstanding companies by REDI staff and its team of ambassadors including the Mayor & Council, the REDI Board, the Rockville Chamber of Commerce Board, and senior staff from the City of Rockville.
The visits allow REDI to learn about the City’s business climate and develop a greater understanding of companies’ needs, while the companies are introduced to a variety of public resources that are available to help them succeed.
REDI WANTS TO VISIT YOU DURING 2017 BUSINESS APPRECIATION WEEK!
The 2017 edition of BAW takes place April 3rd-7th and REDI is seeking Rockville businesses to visit during the event. Each visit lasts around 45 minutes, as a REDI staff member and several ambassadors will meet with your team to discuss your current operations and any challenges that may be in the way of the company’s growth.
How Does My Company Benefit From Participating?
The visits offer each company an individual conversation with REDI staff and its partners, which may result in the knowledge of a public resource or industry connection that plays a role in helping your company take the next step. Additionally, participating companies receive publicity through REDI’s social media accounts and website.
